Are Weekenders and Travel Bags from the Sale Excluded from Exchange?
Our travel bags and weekenders on sale are regular products from our collection. New and in original packaging. Therefore, the same terms and conditions and return policies apply to our sale items as to all other – non-discounted – items. The return period is 14 days. The warranty period is 2 years.
Are the Discounted Items in the Shop Overstock or B-Grade Goods?
The reason for the clearance sale is usually an overcapacity in our warehouse, which has resulted from minimum production quantities and low sales. In the end, these excess stocks are tied-up capital, and as a small to medium-sized company, we must take care of our "working capital". Should we ever have a "sample sale" or sell products with minor flaws (B-grade), we will mark these items separately.
When is the Next DRAKENSBERG Sale?
We do not align our sales with the usual clearance periods or other market participants. Also because we do not sell seasonal or highly fashionable travel accessories. The background is our slow fashion mentality or our idea of sustainable consumption. Our travel bags are stylish and timeless ambassadors of the most influential design epochs. Design that has existed for over 200 years and will surely continue for another 200 years. A sale at DRAKENSBERG only occurs when we discontinue a product, or on special occasions.
