Ich habe den Kulturbeutel im Auftrag meiner Mutter bestellt. Leider habe ich das Produkt selbst nicht zu Gesicht bekommen, aber Sie ist damit sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung erfolge sehr schnell. Jedoch wurde zuerst ein falsches Produkt geliefert. Die Reklamation verlief reibungslos. Nach Kontaktaufnahme per Mail kam innerhalb von 15 Minuten eine Antwort! Der richtige Artikel wurde noch am selben Tag verschickt und wir konnten das falsche Paket kostenlos zurück senden. Perfekter Kundenservice.
