Consistent is sometimes not consistent enough. With our travel bag »Ray« we wanted to take the adventure look to the extreme and create an homage to classic expedition luggage. David Livingstone's luggage might have looked something like this on one of his numerous expeditions across South Africa in the 19th century. He discovered the famous Victoria Falls, was the first European to cross the Kalahari Desert and found the source of the Congo.
The travel bag »Ray« is a weekender-style bag for longer weekend trips of up to 5 days. The bag can be casually slung over the shoulder or elegantly carried by hand using the leather straps. There are two useful storage compartments in a cargo design on the outside, which can be opened quickly when needed. There is also a large zipped compartment on the back.
The bag is of high quality. All wear points are covered with leather on the outside. All stress points are additionally reinforced.

We founded the DRAKENSBERG label because we want to inspire people to recognize the true value of travel and to strive for it. To see the journey as a destination and to grow from it.
