With generous dimensions of 45 x 30 x 4 cm, the "Cooper" offers a stable, safe, and stylish work surface—ideal for carving meat, chopping herbs, or precise work during live cooking. The integrated juice groove reliably collects meat juices and liquids, while the recessed handles on the sides allow for comfortable handling.
